Where is delivery going?
I ship to:
✔ Germany, Austria & Switzerland (see also “Customers from Switzerland”)
✔ USA, England & Iceland
✔ Selected EU countries (except: Portugal, Greece, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Slovakia)
Important note for international orders:
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not payable to me, but directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs or tax authorities.
How long does delivery take?
Since each shirt and hoodie is individually designed by me, the current delivery time is 14–21 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
If a product doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it within 14 days. Simply send me an email to jojoscherbatsky@web.de.
Please note:
✔ Check the size charts before ordering to avoid returns.
✔ Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
✔ You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
✔ For hygiene reasons, hair accessories and earrings cannot be exchanged.
✔ Due to the personalization, parts from the Mix and Match configurator are excluded from return.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so we can find a solution.
