Where will it be delivered to?

I ship to:

✔ Germany, Austria & Switzerland (see also “Customers from Switzerland”)

✔ England & Iceland

✔ Selected EU countries (excluding: Portugal, Greece, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Slovakia)

Important note for international orders:

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not payable to me, but directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities in your country. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs or tax office.

How long does delivery take?

Since each shirt and hoodie is individually designed by me, the current delivery time is 14–21 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it within 14 days. Simply send me an email to jojoscherbatsky@web.de.

Please note:

✔ Check the size charts before ordering to avoid returns.

✔ The items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

✔ You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

✔ For hygiene reasons, hair accessories and earrings are excluded from exchange.

✔ Due to personalization, items from the Mix and Match configurator are excluded from return.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so we can find a solution.

Note regarding prices:

All prices quoted are final prices including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs:

All orders are shipped via DHL including shipment tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping costs within Germany:

• €4.50 Registered mail
  For small, lightweight items such as stickers, bookmarks, magnetic grips, A6/A5 prints, etc.
• €5.20 DHL small parcel
  For smaller orders that are a bit more extensive (e.g., multiple prints, multiple magnetic grips, acrylic standys, or a single T-shirt).
• €6.90 DHL Parcel (up to approx. 3 kg)
  For larger orders or textiles / hoodies etc.
• €7.90 DHL Parcel (from approx. 3 kg)
  For particularly large or heavy orders.

• EU countries:
  Shipping to EU member states costs €14.49 plus 19% VAT = €17.24 gross.
• International (e.g. USA, Canada, Great Britain):
  Shipping to non-European countries costs €23.00 plus 19% VAT = €27.37 gross.
